Flatout Racing purchased the #44 Championship winning Grand Am Cup car of Nonnamaker Racing back in 2003. The car was an Acura Integra LS Grand Am Spec car and was a very successful front runner having garnered 24 podium finishes, 8 race wins, 7 pole positions and 10 fastest laps. The car was campaigned in the competitive STII class in 2002 and 2003. Regular drivers included Will Nonnamaker, Wayne Nonnamaker, Howie Liebengood, Belinda Endress and Speed Touring and Speed GT competitor Mike Fitzgerald.

In 2004 the car was campaigned in the NASA Pro Racing Honda Challenge Series with Jon Kofod behind the wheel. The car and diver combination picked up 7 wins, 5 pole positions and 5 fastest lap awards enroute to the H4 championship title.
In 2005 the car was once more campaigned in the NASA Pro Racing Honda Challenge Series with Jon Kofod again behind the wheel. The H4 championship title was successfully defended with 8 consecutive race wins and 9 pole positions.
In 2006 the car was campaigned in the SCCA Mid Atlantic Road Racing Series with Jon Kofod behind the wheel. With 4 wins, 2 seconds, 4 poles and 5 fastest laps in 9 races Kofod finished runner-up, missing the title by only a handful of points.
In 2007 Jon Kofod continued campaigning the car in the SCCA Mid Atlantic Road Racing Series in the ITS class. Kofod went on to win the title with 3 wins, 3 seconds, 3 poles and 4 fastest laps. |
